   We respect the confidentiality of all client information, documents, data, and transactions. Macversity Group commits to protecting personal and business information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Any proprietary or sensitive client information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
4. Payment Terms
   All fees, charges, and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before services commence. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments within the specified time may result in suspension of services, legal action, or termination of the business relationship. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
   All documents, reports, written content, research papers, training materials, business plans, designs, and intellectual works produced by Macversity Group during the course of service delivery remain the intellectual property of Macversity Group until full payment is made. Upon full payment, the client will have full usage rights for the delivered work.
6. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing all required information, data, approvals, and access necessary for Macversity Group to deliver its services effectively. Any delays or failures on the part of the client to provide required information may result in project delays and additional charges.
7. Service Modification and Termination
   Macversity Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service, policy, or process at its sole discretion if the client violates these Terms & Conditions or fails to meet contractual obligations.
8. Liability Limitation
   Macversity Group will make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality, professional services. However, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, delayed delivery, third-party interference, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Use of Website & Digital Platforms
   All information, content, and materials presented on our website and digital platforms are provided for informational purposes. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of any content on our platforms is strictly prohibited. Users agree to use our digital platforms responsibly, without violating any applicable laws.
10. Third-Party Vendors and Subcontractors
    For certain projects or services, Macversity Group may engage third-party service providers or subcontractors. Macversity Group remains responsible for the overall service quality, but specific warranties or liabilities related to third-party services are subject to their respective terms.
11. Real Estate Transactions
    For real estate sales, land acquisition, property development, or construction engagements, clients are responsible for completing full due diligence in partnership with Macversity Group. Property transactions are subject to government regulations, legal title verification, and final documentation processes as governed by applicable real estate laws.
12. Employment Applications
    All job seekers applying for positions through our Careers section must submit truthful and accurate information. Falsified applications or misrepresentation will result in disqualification from employment consideration.
13. Amendments to Terms
    Macversity Group reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
