Racheal Omoruyi’s life story is one of resilience, faith, and dedication to service. As the eldest daughter in a family of four, she embraced her responsibilities with unwavering commitment, rooted in her strong Christian faith. Her academic journey began at Lagos State University of Science and Technology, where she earned a degree in Agricultural and Bio-environmental Engineering in 2015.
During her National Youth Service, Racheal honed her teaching and mentoring skills, volunteering with organizations such as Lagos Empowerment and Resource Network (LEARN) and the Irede Foundation. Her passion for community service led her to spearhead projects like the Makoko Tour by Macversity Foundation, where she managed initiatives to provide health relief materials and support entrepreneurs.
In 2018, Racheal joined Guarantee Trust Bank, gaining valuable experience in finance and customer service. However, her true calling lay in agriculture, which she pursued by joining Corporate Farmers International in 2015. Over the years, she rose to become the Finance Manager and Administrative Business Executive, playing a key role in the company’s collaboration with Young Africa Works of Mastercard Foundation.
Recognized for her leadership, Racheal was appointed as a Coach/Mentor of the TEF Mentor Guild in 2021, mentoring thousands of youth globally. She also participated in the Global Mentorship Conference, qualifying for the Mentor a Youth to the Global Stage program.
Currently, she serves as the operations manager of Macversity Group
As a skilled business developer, Racheal has forged partnerships with organizations like NGX Nigerian Exchange Academy and Fairtrade. She advocates for youth empowerment in agriculture through speaking engagements and managing the media handle for the Cfi e-learning academy, inspiring the next generation of agropreneurs.
